Bike Size

I am interested in purchasing a Quintana Roo bicycle but it is online. The question that I have is about size, I seem to be a bit in between sizes (56-58) and am not sure which size to go with. Do I go with the slightly larger size or do I go with the slightly smaller size?

Depends on the bike and the rider. Nominal sizes are just that, a name for something. Test ride some bikes and study the geometry charts to find out what works for you.
