Bike stand reviews?

My fiance and I have a small apartment, but love our bikes. We've also had problems with hanging heavy items on the walls that result in holes much larger than initially intended. We were thinking about buying one of those stands that mounts two bikes vertically one on top of the other with either a stand as a base or a tension rod that holds the stand in place between floor and ceiling. Has anyone used one of these? Can you offer up your reviews? We've seen some for as little as $80 from Nashbar, but others

as much as $170.

If you have the space to stand the along a wall or side by side then have a look at this stand

I used one for several weeks in the livingroom until I got a shed.

Just lift the rear wheel into the fork of the stand & it will hold the bike upright so no holes in walls or floors and no scratches to walls or furniture caused by leaning the bike againt them.

The Topeak one is not cheap, but is very well made. I wouldn't look elsewhere.
