I already own a Bianchi advance it is a hybrid been with me and still in excellent shape. I do not feel comfty in the saddle and leaning to the hadle bars they're not like it used to be

what type would be best that I may have a lil better stance positioning and pedel comfort?
I would like to add a electric conversion kit if the price is right
so I can ride my trip and have some assist? would the weight be to much I hear 30 lbs for the gear and 30 for the battery?
price may noot be an issue as i may have enough points on a CC to apply this to over paying cash out ?
