Beverly said:I owned a Burley (two seater) a few years back for the older grandchildren and sold it when they
were all old enough to ride. Should have kept it as I now have a 14 month old granddaughter and I
want to involve her in our rides. I don't want to spend as much on this one as I did the Burley but
still want a stable and reliable trailer. Any suggestions on a less expensive brand? This one only
has to carry one child.
TIA Beverly
There *is* a Burley single - Burley Solo. It's still pricey, but significantly less.
Some five years ago I did all the research and had to settle with the Burley Solo for my
grand daughter.
(In particular were the mounting system - trailer won't fall if the bike does, and suspended seats -
with some trailers' seating is on the floor)
The Burley seemed truly superior to any others I could find (safety, comfort, reliability).
