I know Martin Richardson uses a mountain bike and Phil Cook uses a
nice folding bike. The mountain bike I've recently bought is "just" a
fraction too large to put in the back of my estate/hatchback car. I
recently seen a folding bike on ebay for approx £45 and that could
make it worth carrying for most journeys.
Any ideas or thoughs?
TIA

The Airnimal Rhino looks to be quite a serious folding mountain bike but
it's quite expensive from new.
I can get my non-folding Trek mountain bike easily into the back of my
estate car after taking out the rear wheel.
