The traffic calming measures in Hull continue to buck the
national trend as this week saw the installation of the
125th 20 mph zone - a world record. What is wonderful to see
is the near absence of cars from residential streets and
children playing again. The car's 4th position down the
pecking order is emphasised in this sign. Barnet council
take note ;-)

I notice the car is on top of the bike, so suitable for
Barnet after all.
