Democratic National Convention in Boston, on the morning of
July 29th:

I'm more of a mind to call this a "Bike Bloc" than a Critical
Mass (which I think of as a periodic kind of thing), but as
a wise man* once said, "Ehh ... whaddyagonnado?" Folks will
call it "le Tour de France" if they're of a mind to.

=v= The Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority has an the appalling
decision to ban bicycles from its entire system during the four
days of the DNC. For bikes-only transportation, then, I know
only of approaches from the north. If you're near Lexington,
you can take the Minuteman Bikeway (

) to the Alewife station in Cambridge, which is a very bikeable
city, so you could just head south to Boston. Or take the
Somerville Community Path (

) to the Davis Square station, and take this guy's path into
Boston's North end:

=v= There's also a DNC-to-RNC march, but I know of no bike ride.
There will be a welcoming bike ride in NYC, but info about that
