i've only had them 2 weeks and just noticed my gear cables have worn a very small grooves in the crown. i'm a bit concerned that that these areas of wear may cause the crown to prematurely fatigue ?? i don't know whether it is possible for these to cause stress risers??
i've tried shortening the cables but the cables still rest on the fork, so i've just put some insulation tape on the crown.
anyone else had this??
