Yesterday, I saw a youngish, very, very, obese (borderline morbid) woman
riding a mountain bike. When her right knee went up it hit her right breast
and when her left.... you get the idea! It gave a whole new meaning to the
term "knockers" :-)

VeloWell at least she was out in the fresh air getting some exercise.
And as other posters in uk.r.c have pointed out the most recent reseach
suggests that even very modest amounts of exercise have impressive
results for sedentary people.
