I have Campy Neutron wheels and am really pleased with them but am new to this technology. They are 1 1/2 years old with about 11,000 miles. Some of the spokes appear to have rotated so they are now at different angles, including one that is 90 degrees to the wheel!!! Is this phenomenon common? Do wheels like these need to be "serviced" which includes spoke readjustment? Easy to do myself? Any advice appreciated. William.

Bladed spokes show the "spoke wind-up problem" by doing just what you describe. I think it is not un-common.
After 10,000 miles service would be a good idea for any wheel/

Download the manual on your wheels and see what you think.
You might also check with you shop on their charge.
