    Blueberry Buckle

    My brother, sister and I would go out into the woods in Northern
    where we would spend every summer when we were young, to pick wild
    blueberries (the teeny tiny ones!) until we'd finally get 2 cups to make
    this! It was worth all the picking! Jane

    3/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup shortening
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk
    2 cup flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 cup drained blueberries.
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/3 cup sifted flour
    1/4 cup soft butter

    Cream 3/4 cup sugar with shortening. Add egg and milk. Mix in flour,
    baking powder and salt Blend in 2 cup drained blueberries. Sprinkle top
    with 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, sifted flour and butter
