Hi...My husband is on a quest to find a blueberry muffin like the ones
we used to get at a local coffee shop. The cake had almost a greyish
tinge to it instead of the bright yellow like you see in a package mix
layer cake. I've looked through the old posted recipes but didn't find
any ingredients that would bring about that color. Does anybody know
what I'm looking for(or talking about)? :-) Thanks for your help.

Blueberry Crumb Muffins
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1-1/2 cup fresh blueberries
3 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
Crumb Mixture:
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Combine milk, egg and oil and add to the dry Ingredients. Beat slightly to
moisten. Do not over mix. Fill greased and floured muffin cups half full
and sprinkle tops with Crumb mixture. Bake for 20 minutes. To prepare
crumb mixture combine the dry ingredients, cut in butter until coarse
consistency. Makes 12 muffins .
