I interpreted it as those who have explicitly fitted themselves, as
opposed to just wacking the seat at some position that lets them put a
foot down while stopped a la gumby cyclists (apologies to persons here
named "gumby"!) have it too high. I certainly did, because the bike
fitting pages didn't mention anything about the ankle. After riding
another bike for a while, I went back to my roady and noticed that the
seat was uncomfortably high. I looked at another bike fitting page,
and realised that it was couple of cm too high, if I looked at either
my inseam length, or a stretched out leg with heels on the pedal.
