So I tried to install a few long sections of boardwalk that I built
myself on my local trails. After spending nearly three hours (I
couldn't drum up any help and had to carry each section in myself)
trying to go over the wetlands, I gave up. Since this section is
actually only 100' in from the trailhead, I am just going to move the
entire trailhead. There must be a spring or something feeding the area
because it just never dries up. I think if I move it about 50' up from
the current point I should be on higher ground and then try to connect
    to the existing dry ST.

As for the boardwalk/ladder that I actually easily built thanks to an
air powered nail gun (god those things are great), I am going to turn a
semi-overgrown offshoot trail into a skills trail. There some huge logs
that were cut down and piled up I'll use to raise it off the ground.
    I'll post pics when done.

Maybe you should wait till the season starts at Wildwood
