Frage: Habe Probleme mit dem ECC System meiner Bomber Z1 Drop Off (Bj.2002; 13 cm). Die Gabel bleibt nach dem niederdrücken nicht mehr unten und federt immer wieder aus. Wer weiß wie ECC genau funktioniert und ob das ein engagierter Bastler selbst reparieren kann ?? Oder gibts im Netz irgendwo ein manual mit der genauen Funktionsweise ??

Marzocchi had about a 60% failure rate on the first generation ECC cartridges. I think that's why they came out with the ETA cart. I had 3 or 4 warranty replacement ECC's on my Z1, but all of them were either DOA or only lasted for a couple rides. I finally gave up on ever using that feature of the fork.
