Hi, I bought one of the above (700x38) the other day but found it would'nt seat properly. I put quite alot of air in it then forced it onto the right place on the rim. It is the second of these I've had to deal with in this way. The hadle bars wobble when I take my hands of them, the wheel is true (I do my own wheels). Am I just being fussy or is this somthing that I should be concerned about ? These tyres seem to be very hard waring - which is why I buy them. Is this the sort of thing ones just expects with heavy duty rubber ?

It shouldn't be. If you're sure the rimtape isn't trapped, try lubricating the tyre bead and rim seat with a little dilute washing up liquid to see if it pops into place more readily.
