Anyone got some good tips on keeping their feet dry. I had another 4 hour slog today in pretty atrocious weather and despite my best attempts to cut off circulation at the ankles I couldnt stop my booties letting in god knows how many litres of road spray.

Any crafty tips floating around? I dont mind rocking wet shoes on a tempo ride but it does make it tough to throw down a handful of interval sprints when you are water logged.

If it's raining, I always wrap my shoes in a plastic shopping bag, then put the overshoes on over that.
Your feet sweat a bit more, but it's a bit better.

Some time ago there was an agreement that unless you wear panties, 'booties' will be called shoe covers.

They are booties you fag. Why? Because I say so and I make the rules. Got it?
By the way there is absolutely nothing wrong with wearing panties.

seal skinz socks, I don't like the bulk of the booties, but you'll have to put up with dirty shoes
