What is with this guy? How can you have such flashes of brilliance and then the next day disappear? IMO - next to Ullrich, S. Botero has the most natural ability in the peloton. He has beaten Armstrong one day(TT-'02) only to lose tremendous time in the mountains, the next. He has what it akes to win any race in the world, but he doesn't. Is it mental?
