Did a DIY version of this years ago with a Cascade Summer Blonde cap:

The gullwings on my townie have a very fetching pair of lowrider-style chromed-up jobbies with grinning skulls. Purchased from Peter Moore. I swear he's got virtually something for everyone in that LBS. Must go and talk to Dan about that SS wheelset + Eno hubs when I have the ready$. 😉
