Ok, here is what’s happening: When in the drops and back on my saddle, and a fairly fast cadence, I feel like I’m bouncing on the saddle. It can’t be good for the saddle rails, and most likely a waste of power as well.

How do I correct, do I need to adjust saddle height or position? Should I go back to my LBS and have my fit checked?
:) :)

Yes.

Saddle could be too low.

A fit check is a good start.

Bouncing is a problem that tends to happen as riders push for higher cadences. I think it is correctable with practice and positioning.
