LOL! Me too!

You've got that right. When DH saw what I went through only to end up with a c-section his outlook
on the whole procedure sure changed!

Not mine, he is a sick, sick man. <sigh> 19 years ago he refused to go into the delivery room with
me, swore he would not be able to handle seeing me in any pain. But when the dr. came in and
announced I would have to go through the c-section, hub was first in line for scrubs. Go figure!

Mine was there during labour, the delivery that didn't happen naturally and the c-section. Can't
believe he didn't faint!

LOL! I think dh was oblivious to the labor part ... our local baseball team (Cubs) were in the midst
of playoff games, which is a rarity. I recall them clinching the division when I was in labor - dr.
wouldn't consider moving me to delivery room until after the game was over. He did manage to miss
the labor with my daughter though. His work has always required a 2-way radio, but both times I went
into labor he somehow managed to take the one truck that did not have a radio in it. When daughter
was born, he made it to the hospital about 5 minutes before she was born. I think he planned things
this way. <G>

I'm sure that my husband would have preferred to miss the delivery as well, but I wasn't letting him
get out of it that easy! He still cringes now when he thinks about it!
