Yeah yeah start the tri bagging now (hopefully Tam is out there
somewhere to offer some moral support). But when I'm doing 40 km along
Beach Rd in January's Olympic distance Tri with no bunch to hide behind
and a head wind in at least one direction (and last year in one race a
change came through so it was head wind both directions, gasp) I'll take
every advantage I can get. Besides they also seem to get me into a much
more relaxed position, even though I'm probably leaning over further my
back never gets sore with them.
