Anything that fits DA/Ultegra will fit these. I recommend black
Koolstop pads.

Shimano Dura-Ace/Ultegra pads will work. I would recommend Kool Stop Salmon
pads. That is the set up I have on my bike and it works well for me.

Replace the shoes with Kool Stop Continentals.
