  1. What brand do you recommend for replacement brake and shifter cables? What about Aztec?:

    Are they any good?

  2. I just bought generic brake cables for 2 bucks each at Performance. It's your money.

I have used Nokon's on my Campy bikes. Do they perform as advertised? Sure. Nice and snappy, very light and they can be bent into tight spots with not much worry. Expensive though and a real pain to install. The other gripe is that the front derailleur cable tends to crimp when I shif into the big ring. The shifting is fine, but it looses the nice curved look. My primary bike is running standard Campy cables and I really don't notice much of a difference (except my in the wallet. Campy $39.99, Nokon's $100+ for a full set).
