  1. i noticed when i apply the brakes it does this braking noise like braking with sand grinding on the rim braking surface. i already clean and made sure the rim braking surface are without dirt.
or the brake pads went bad although plenty life left?

  2. sometimes when you ride in early in the season when there is all sorts of glass and little rocks on the road left over from winter. Especially if you live where there is a lot of snow. All you need to do is take off the brake pad, use a little pair of pliars and sandpaper and pick everything out. Somethimes there are little pieces of debri stuck in the rubber.

  3. Set the toe-in on your brake pads correctly.
