I have a Toastmaster bread machine. Filled it with ingredients for a loaf of bread.
Selected the size. Went to switch it to Wheat setting, the indicator didn't move off of default
(basic medium).
Unplugged it and replugged it, still didn't work.
The machine works, I just can't use anything but the default setting of Med Basic.
Last time I used it, in September, I used it on Sweet setting, so it worked then. It's been sitting
on a shelf since....
Does anyone have one of these things and knows what I can try to get the other settings to be
options for me? Guess the switch is broken, somehow. It's an electronic key pad, so I don't know how
that works.
I called the 800 number for customer service, they are open only Monday - Friday.
Seems silly to me that this machine can only use the default setting....I hope it's not broken. If
so, it doesn't pay to get it fixed, it was very inexpensive. Hmmmmm Well, if I have to buy a new
one, I'll get the same brand, so at least I have a spare pan and paddle.
still, would like to be able to use this one.
