Breakaway bolts for Campag mechs?

Can a 2001 Racing T rear derailleur mounting bolt (RD-CH119) be replaced with an SRP Breakaway Bolt
(or similar)?

If so, how do you get the bolt off, etc?

Not sure if there is a bolt avainable but the old one is held on by a clip in thew back of the bolt,
wound up by a spring-
