    Then maybe, properly seared and seasoned, it's the perfect
    base for fruit-based "fusion" sauces.

    joint just added bullalo meat to the lineup... it's the
    "other" red meat. Haven't tried it yet though.

    It may be that it looks like beef but tastes different that
    puts me off. I have tried steak and ground.
