  1. Hi All,
Well, I love making Buffalo Wings, and they always vanish quickly, I
have thought of trying something different ala Chinese Style?

I'm sure I'm not the first to go where no man (or woman) has gone before
with this, and thought of maybe making something like a
Soy-Garlic-Ginger Sauce to coat the Wings with after they come out of
    the Deep Fryer.

Then instead of a Blue Cheese Sauce to dunk the wings in, use a more
Asian Style Hot Mustard- Duck Sauce to accompany the wings.

For this Sauce, I'm open to suggestion, and thought of making the sauce
with a similar "Buffalo Style" base, using Margarine-Butter, then adding
Soy Sauce, Sliced Ginger, and Garlic to taste? (maybe even a bit of Red
    Pepper Flakes?) TIA Mark

    1. Thai Sweet Chili Sauce (Only use Mae Ploy brand)
    2. Curry paste mixed with butter and/or water
    3. Soy sauce, malt or Chinese black vinegar (Chinkiang), and
sesame oil (little bit of sugar optional)
    3. Vietnamese nuoc mam sauce (fish sauce, chilies, [palm] sugar,
lime juice, water - pulverized lemongrass optional)

I do all of these and they're great.

Marinate the wings in that same mixture with a little sugar added before
deep frying and you have Jar Doo wings.
