building first full sus. mnt bikd.

I am going to build a full suspension bike but do not want to spend more that 400, I have the components already but need a good but not to expensive frame. I am 5'11 200 lbs. inseam is 30 inch can anyone recommend a good frame and tell me what size frame I need. Thanks
