This is my first build and I would love if members could share their knowledge and wisdom about Mountain Biking with me.
Hope you guys don't mind this post here, because technically it is buying parts for a bike.. I guess it would fall in this category.
I have set up a blog to document my build. In the process to get comments and suggestions from cyclists all around the world. Your comments and suggestions will be highly appreciated.

I need help in choosing parts such as brakes. My frame only works with disc brakes, however I can't seem to find the right disc brakes even though I was recommended Avid Juicy's, I was told not to go for a second hand set. It seems they jam up frequently, does anyone else seem to be having the same problem ? Currently considering to get a set of Avid Juicy's 7 for AUD150-AUD250. Don't know if this is worth investing in a second hand set and would really love to hear from you guys.
