Burning body fat



At age 56 the fat that formally adorned my buttocks has migrated to my belly. Besides being unsightly I have had to purchase larger sized jerseys and more forgiving saddles. As for the Kopi Luwak, I'll pass; Dunkin's and Eight O' Clock brand aren't fancy but they are guaranteed to be 100% free of mammal ****. Cutting out the 1/2 & 1/2 helps too.
 
Some people may say that intervals are better, and in some cases they may be because of the type of exercise ie running, and quite a lot of other cardio, however cycling is probably better to do long and steady

To help you further I will do a pro's and con's for you:
Short: Long: Pro's: Higher intensity. Less muscle strain and stress. Don't have to do as much. More enjoyable, and enjoy your surroundings. Con's: Can cause more muscle strain. Longer time. You'll have to plan the times perfectly. Tiring (sometimes).
