Maybe we pro cycling types have misconstrued? We see a positive portrayal
of utility cycling by an establishement figure. But could the Secret
State's message have been 'Lord Butler cycles, and therefore is a pinko
commie [censored] subversive and not to be trusted in word or deed'?
