I'm going to attempt to turn some dried butter beans into the tasty little snack food that you can buy. I've got them soaking, and then I'm going to toss them in olive oil and some spices and salt, and then I thought I'd pop them in a medium oven until they're crispy. (At this point I'm not sure if they'd turn out nicer fried?) Does anyone have any ideas that may help, or advice that I may need to take. I was hoping that the group may be able to cut down my failure rate, as I've got an idea the first attempt isn't going to be the ultimate snack! Thanks for any tips

I've got them soaking now, so it will be tomorrow before I post back the results...Good or bad! Sarah
