Does anyone know of any companies that make 5-person bikes? You know, the type used for charity rides etc.

My company has one that we built ourselves some years back, but it needs new wheels and brakes and weighs 225kg! It's about time it had an overhaul, but if you can point me towards anyone that makes them, I might see if I can get my hands on some company money and buy a new, lighter version.

    Thanks very much,
    Polly2Carpets

Oh, we plan to ride around the UK next year for charity by the way =')

What about 5 solo bikes with shower rods between them. You could be like the middie line of a foosball table!

This link is from '02, but they are out there.

    Co-motion make Quints.
A bargain at only $10950 complete or $6510 for the frame for the steel Speedster. If you want the aluminium version add about $3000 to those prices. The quint will only weigh about 45kgs though so it should be a bit easier to get up the hills.
The best place to ask about getting one is Mel at Tandems East.

    Cheers

    Geoff
