buying a trek road bike

I am looking at a used trek 2100 that is used. The guy wants $300 for it, and I guess it's a carbon fiber frame and aluminum everything else. It is a few years old though.What do you think of that price? Thanks

First, how is it holding up? Still in mint condition? If it is then:

If it's still runing great and not bent out of shape, (gotta watch that carbon) I'd buy it dude.

In the pictures it looks good, I'm going to try and look at it tomorrow. I haven't ever riden or actually touched a carbon fiber bike... it's kinda exciting.
