FWIW. It's an older [[COLOR= #ff0000]neglected, but not too badly[/COLOR]] bike which appears to have low-or-middle ([COLOR= #808080]but, maybe better, maybe not[/COLOR]) range components ...

I think that somewhere between $150 to $250 would be fair ...
