  1. I am looking at getting a power meter (never had one or used one before) and am curious as to where to buy and what type to buy.

Obviously would like to spend as little as possible but not sure what their is.

I've seen the power taps, SRM, etc for around $1000 but that is out of my range.

Might have to save for a year before diving in.

    Thanks,
    Buck

  2. There's a setup Polar make. Tricky to set up. Yet just as accurate as anything else.

I have one of the new CS 600 and did not find it that tricky to set up. There have been people who have had problems with the battery packs, but mine has never given me any real problems
