Whizzing round the cnr into High St south of Kew Junction this arvo to spy our own FD helping out some poor lad with a flat (it appeared to be anyway)..

Managed to hear point 7 in Tyre Changing 101 as I passed - something along the lines of "if you put the wheel in this way, it goes in easier"...

Good kharma your way dutchy...

Dang! tryin to build up the bad-boy image to pull the chicks

started carrying a spare 700c tube whilst commuting on 'the pig' for such occasions.
Poor sod had flatted near town and had walked approx 7km in bare feet with bike to get there. Had left his gear on bench at home.
Got talkin and turns out he wants to give the crits a go.

As i said to him after. Dont bother about the tube. Just do same for the next poor sod you see stranded.
