Cable Chains for Track Bikes

No significant advantage over toothed belts, which are silent, light and have been around for many
years...and have made little impact in the human-powered bike world, although they've got a
substantial following in motorcycles.

They were used on the Gossamer Condor/Albatross human power aircraft. I haven't heard much
about them since, but it'd be nice for my single-speed beater. I wonder what the wear
characteristics are like.
