Cable Stop Addition

I have an 8-speed Ridgeback Hybrid and I want to upgrade the single crank sprocket to a 2 sprocket crank, giving 16 speeds.

However, there is only one cable stop on the downframe. Do you have any suggestions for attaching a second cable stop (without welding which would damage the aluminium frame). There is a 5mm bolt in the frame for a front water bottle which I could use. Ideally what I want is a bracket with twin cable stops with a cental hole for the bolt.

A Shimono twin cable guide under the frame is already fitted to take the cable to the front deraileur.

UK suppliers preferred.

Unfortunately I don't think they'll work becuase the down tube isn't round but I did find a Ceeway, UK supplier of frame building products that has exactly what I need. http://www.framebuilding.com/index.html
