Hi,
Could anyone tell me what is the best cablehanger for a 1" fork (ahead)?
The hanger should be clamped between spacers and be "deep"if possible.

One with an adjuster...but hopefully you worked that one out.

There's a couple of ways I've seen this done. One is to get the same hanger that the rear of the
bike uses and install between the faceplate of the stem and the bars, hanging by the bolt. The pros
seem to be doing this these days...
The second is what you're looking for. There are several to choose from. I'd say try and find a
steel hanger with a QR. You should be able to dig around in an older LBS and find one. A friend of
mine has one. It makes getting the wheel off with those big ole cross tires inflated. Failing that,
an AL one with a barrel adjuster is usually able to be ordered by your LBS from a wholesaler. I
haven't looked but www.cyclocrossworld.com may have something for ya.
