  1. Many people take calcium tablets in the belief that it builds up strength in
    there bones.But I have read somewhere that it is not readily absorbed, the
    calcium stays in the intestinal tract and causes constipation . And that
    they would be better off drinking a pint of semi skimmed milk a day which
    contains a source of natural soluble calcium and vitamin D. Is this true?

    And, if you don't have enough Vitamin K (K1 and K2), and don't
    supplement, you'll end up with the calcium in your arteries instead of
    your bones.
