Marchissio probably do them. Expensive to buy in the UK, cheaper from
France or Germany.
If it was the other way around, then Campag do two hub versions of their
wheels

I have looked at the Mavic cassettes & they say "Mavic cassettes are
for use with Mavic Wheelsets only."
But later that they can be used with Shimano hubs.
Have you used these cassettes on a shimano hub.

Marchisio definitely look the business. It is cheaper to buy Campy
shifters and a Marchisio cassette than it is to buy just the Shimano
levers - and you get a custom configureable cassette.
