Have you tried a bicycle store? These are everyday service
bits.

I have to admit you motivated me to go look up that number.
Part of your problem may be that it fits like the classic
number 621 -which is still the bin number here for example.

If you described it or asked for a 621 you'd get a CG-CS-013
If you asked me yesterday for a CG-CS0130 you'd get a blank
stare

Campy has proprietary cable housing end caps?!?

Bill "don't know how people ride around with that stuff" S.

Nobody said it was proprietary, though. Just branded. Shimano gives you
housing end caps just the same.

Propriatary in the sense that they are smaller than 5mm. 5mm housing
won't fit into it, and a 5mm 50% ferrule will be a wee bit big for
Campag der housing.

The one he refers to is the step-down ferrule which fits
classic Italian "diver's helmet" brazed on cable stop on the
chainstay. The Campagnolo part perfectly fits Campagnolo's
admittedly odd diamter casing.

Then there are 2 Shimano ferrules the same basic shape and
another half-dozen brands which would work well enough that
you'd never know it wasn't a Campagnolo part. Range 25c to
95c - no big deal.

My point earlier is that any LBS which services bicycles
will have all sorts of pieces like this for just pennies. He
(the OP) is more likely to have had a communication problem
than a parts problem.
