Campagnolo Record Shifter Compatability

I may have the opportunity to pick up some Campy Record 10 speed shifters on the cheap and was wondering how compatible they would be with 2007 Campagnolo Veloce 10. The Veloce has the Quick Shift feature.

Record 10s levers from any year is completely compatible with 2007 Veloce. 'QS' on Record and Chorus means nada. "QS" and 'Escape' were 'features' found on 2007/8 Centaur and below levers, a derivative of Xenon. Didn't work well, didn't have the 'function' of Record/Chorus or 2006 and older ERGO levers. All fixed for 2009, new innards but all the functions of Record/Chorus. Escape and QS are gone-huzza.
