I have an ErgoBrain10 that I use with Centaur. problems are:
silver ErgoBrain gear indicators won't work with a triple - can't be calibrated - you need a black ErgoBrain. Black ErgoBrain works with a triple but not if you use a chainring smaller than a 30! (can't be calibrated. Window is shiny and somewhat reflective. Otherwise functions as advertised.
I like:
central mounting frees the handlebar space. Integrated with Ergolevers - function buttons built into the hoods - that's great. Can display lots of info although sometimes that means scrolling through sub-menus.
Change rear wheels and it auto-calibrates gearing.
