If they are anything like any other hub of that type I have seen,
first remove the cone+axle and then pry the cap off with a fairly
wide flat screwdriver (carefully so you don't bend it, bit by bit in
different places if necessary).

Briskly. If you prise them slowly they bend even more than when done
quickly. Use something broad like a big 7/16 blade screwdriver, one
smooth motion.
It's a difficult job although not as dicey as on a Record. If you
haven't done this before, don't panic when it bends. Lay the piece flat
and press with a socket or freewheel tool.
