I had a clicking noise that grew to be pretty loud in the past couple weeks... turned out that the drive side of the bracket was quite loose. Lucky for me I had the Campy-specific tool to take care of that.

I was thinking more of lubrication; does the sealed BB have to be pulled apart & regreased or is it a case of where you just ride it until it dies and then get another one ?

Its sealed not much you can do for the bearings. My record has been going for years I don't even think about it. Thats the beauty of sealed bearings. Same with my hubs. I would clean and repack my super record wide flanges a couple times a season. Don't even think about them any more.
