Can I combine a cassette sprocket with a dynamo hub, on the rear wheel?

Hi everyone,

Before flaming and judging, I'm a complete newbie to cycling but wanted to customize one, based on certain ideas I had.

So after some serious forum-searching, googling and reading, I know that bicycle parts companies like Shimano or Schmidt or Sturmey Archer have dynamo hubs available for front wheels, but can similar type of dynamo hubs be used for the rear wheel as well? With the cassette sprocket and disc brake configurations? I do not care about the drag, but just want to know the feasibility for Shimano line and if Shimano has something like this?
